Strategic workshops uncovered that Uncommon members have a unique story but all are ‘Uncommon by nature’. This lead us to the key insight that Uncommon provides the supportive framework for businesses to thrive and puts ‘you’ at the centre.
This concept was realised with the new Uncommon ‘U’ device which became central to the graphic language. New colour pallets portrays the focus of nature and wellness of the spaces and a sub-brand system allows for future site growth.
New brand & positioning guidelines gave the team a clear sense of the direction the business was now taking and how to portray the brand to existing and new customers.
Ongoing digital & marketing support has seen Uncommon reach near capacity of each of their existing London sites & been key to a 25% overall floor plate expansion with their new flagship site which will again set the standard of flexible London office space with innovative collaborations & amenities.
