Sovereign Hills is a community-centric brand, driven by themes of togetherness and community. The brand focuses on the core strategy of ‘growing together’, with illustration and striking colour palettes representing the vibrant community and its connection to nature.
This theme of connection and growth continues into the design of the sales centre, through the use of natural plywood, bright brand colours and engaging messages of growth and community.
Within the first 3 months of its re-launch, Sovereign Hills had achieved over 7.1k unique visits to the website for the first release of 40 lots, generating 63 qualified leads to purchase land within the development.
